Importance of Regular Maintenance

Regular washing of your property is crucial. Mold, algae, and moss can deteriorate your concrete, siding, wood, and roof. The best practice is to get ahead of potentially costly repairs, and, to keep your property looking its best.

What is Soft Wash?

Soft wash is the method of cleaning that relies on solutions (chemicals) to do the heavy lifting. The industry standard chemical for most surfaces like house siding, roofs, painted and stained wood is bleach. Professional washers, like JD-P-W, knows what percentage bleach is safe for different surfaces. Additionally, some surfaces are suited for bleach and there are other chemicals available for these. In a nutshell, soft wash is a low pressure chemical application and rinse as opposed to a high pressure blast.
