About the Owner

James Daniel is a NC native, born in Raleigh. He moved to Asheville 26 years ago. Over these years James has been an integrative member of the community by participating in the arts, raising a family with kids that attended Asheville City Schools, and, creating a strong social network with people of all neighborhoods.

James loves power washing. He started JD-P-W a few years ago with a small power washer from Home Depot that he carried around in his car trunk. Not ever having used a power washing machine before he began with simple jobs that seemed “safe” like concrete driveway cleaning. It didn’t take long before James realized that power washing was something he loved, could be great at, and, he was born to do…with the right training. And so, James, knowing that the only way he would feel right about taking on pro-level power washing jobs, set out to learn everything about the industry. Now, James is certified, insured, has upgraded to top-of-the-line, commercial equipment in very short time due to his incredible success, and has proven to be a trusted provider of exterior washing services. He is hired by property managers, commercial contractors, and he now has many clients with properties valued over $1M.

James still participates in the arts and resides in Kenilworth with his amazing wife of 20 years and counting. He looks forward to meeting you when your exterior cleaning needs arise.
