Driveway and Concrete Washing

Surface cleaning is the removal of all manner of mold and stains from your flat surfaces. This includes driveways, retaining walls, walkways, and steps.

Approach and Technique

The approach to concrete is straightforward. Apply the solution and wash it off with medium to high pressure. When assessing your driveway, whether it be concrete or asphalt, we note any distress cracks, non-organic staining, and areas that may raise a flag. We like to keep our customers informed in a holistic way about the status of their surface. This makes for a fuller, more responsible, and well-rounded experience.

To wash concrete we apply a semi-strong solution to the surface. We then use a large round surface cleaner, much like a lawn mower, to slowly go back and forth over the treated surface. This removes all dirt and organic growth in a safe, effective way. For asphalt the treatment is different. Asphalt is more delicate so we like to apply a weak, potentially different solution, followed by a low pressure rinse. Asphalt can easily come apart and it should be approached with caution.
